The 250,000 square-foot building, which was purchased in 2000, has been completely renovated. The renovation includes upgraded dock facilities, an exterior face-lift and other modifications designed to make the facility a true distribution center.

Concurrently, I-69 Logistics is building 250,000 square feet of additional space on its 15-acre plot.
